This is an approximated example of what registered users see in their HullRecords™ portal.
Whether you're buying, selling, maintaining, or just monitoring — this report is built on real-world data from underwater drone scans, refreshed with every inspection and made available for you to explore, share, and act on. Not a static PDF. A living tool.
3 areas observed. 1 requires a diver within one week. 2 can be monitored or scheduled at your convenience.
A complete pass of the hull covering all zones shown below. Color indicates the condition found in this scan.

Each finding is documented with 4K video stills. Full footage available in the Video section below.

Moderate algae and barnacle accumulation observed along the hull bottom from stem to stern. Heaviest concentration midship port side and forward of the keel. Paint coat is intact — no bare substrate visible. Does not require a diver at this time.

Significant barnacle growth on all three blades. Heavy encrustation at blade roots and hub. Estimated 8–12% efficiency reduction. Blade edges intact — no nicks or substrate damage observed. Recommend professional cleaning and inspection of shaft seal.

Keel zinc anode at approximately 90% depletion. Protective sacrificial metal nearly consumed — hull and keel are now vulnerable to galvanic corrosion. Rudder zinc is at 65% (moderate). Immediate replacement of keel zinc is required. This is the only finding in this scan that needs a diver.
All other actions can be scheduled at your convenience:
| Priority | Finding | Action | Timeframe | By |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ⚠ Urgent | Keel zinc depleted | Replace zinc anode | This week | Diver |
| Medium | Propeller barnacles | Diver clean + shaft check | 2–4 weeks | Diver |
| Monitor | Moderate hull fouling | Schedule bottom cleaning | 60–90 days | Yard / Diver |

Based on the scan findings, precise instructions are generated for your diver — what to check, what technique to use, and what parts to bring.
Remove depleted keel zinc anode and install replacement. Inspect mounting hardware and bonding wire continuity.
Use 13mm socket to remove mounting bolts. Wire-brush contact surface to bare metal. Apply TefGel anti-seize to bolt threads. Torque to 15 ft-lbs. Verify bonding wire continuity with multimeter (should read <1 ohm to hull ground).
While at the keel, inspect rudder zinc (currently at 65%). If degraded further, replace both in the same dive.
Remove barnacle encrustation from all 3 blades, hub, and blade roots. Inspect for blade edge nicks, pitting, or coating loss. Check shaft seal for weeping.
Use plastic scraper on blade faces to avoid nicking. Brass wire brush on hub and blade roots only. Do NOT use steel tools on propeller surfaces. Check blade edges for chips — any nick >2mm should be noted for prop shop refinish.
Apply PropSpeed or Velox Plus to cleaned propeller if owner approves. These coatings significantly reduce barnacle adhesion between scans.
